The flat rate for shipping is $7.95 all over Australia. If your purchase is over $25, we provide free shipping for you. If you require express shipping, a fee of $12.95 will be charged. All Orders will be dispatched in 12 business hours. We accept P.O BOX, but an actual residential address is preferred.
If you are not happy with your purchase, simply send your items back with original packaging within 21 days of purchase. We will refund the goods value to your nominated bank account or credit card.
Faulty items can also be claimed and returned in 7 days from date of receipt, the postage and goods value will be refunded to your nominated bank account or credit card.
